Greek Deities

Poster Series

This project started with my love for classical and Hellenistic Greek and Roman art. I wanted to create a series of logos for Greek gods/goddesses and base them off of well known statues depicting that particular god/goddess.

The logos embody a different style and feel than you would see by looking at the statues. Using lines to contour the images, I created a sharp, modern look while still upholding the classical fluidity of movement in the original sculptures.
